Academic Competitions include cases from the following topics:
Each case will be structured as a 3-hour preparation period with a presentation time + Q&A taking no more than 25 mins.
The schedule for the cases is as follows:
Saturday January 4, 2020
Sunday, January 5, 2020
Wildcard - Topic: Corporate Social Responsibility
Please click here for the full schedule and itinerary.
Each of the four case competitions will follow the traditional 3-hour case format. Each case consists of four pools (assigned randomly), with 3 to 5 teams in each pool, depending on the case. Case Prep time will begin at 7:30 am, with teams beginning in staggered starts thirty (30) minutes apart. Each team will present for fifteen (15) minutes, followed by a ten (10) minute question and answer period (as well as any feedback that the judges may have). Once every team has presented, judges will deliberate and put their finalist picks forward.
While judges deliberate, lunch will be served – ending with all competitors and coaches being seated in their respective finals locations.
